Sylvan has a background in Nursing, Osteopathy and Massage that has evolved into lecturing and course development at a Higher Education Level. Sylvan has been teaching for more than 10 years at tertiary institutions in New Zealand. She is passionate about lifelong learning and health care in all its shapes and sizes with an aim to empower people on their own journey to health and education.
