Sarah is a Nutritionist, Naturopath, Medical Herbalist, Health Coach, NLP Practitioner and Educator with 24 years’ experience in teaching in schools, tertiary institutions and community settings.
She has worked as a lecturer, Head of both the Naturopathy & Herbal Medicine Bachelor and Diploma of Nutrition programmes and Clinical Supervisor for both programmes in other health providers since 2015.
Sarah has worked in multi-modality clinics and in her own clinic and has predominantly worked with menopausal and post-menopausal women since 2017, with individual clients and running online group programmes.
Since 2023 she has also worked as a research assistant and health coach on a randomised controlled trial (TIIPS study) for the National Institute of Stroke and Neurosciences (NISAN) to evaluate the effectiveness of health coaching for people who have experienced stroke.
Sarah is also the current Chair of the Naturopaths and Medical Herbalists of New Zealand (NMHNZ).
