Rachelle Turrell
Clinic Assistant
BNatMed, BSport
Rachelle holds a Bachelor of Natural Medicine, graduating in 2022, along with a Bachelor of Sport. Her passion for natural health was sparked in 2016 after a transformative visit to a student naturopath at the Paua Clinic. From that moment, she knew her calling was to help others achieve greater health and vitality.
After running a successful personal training business for 10 years, Rachelle transitioned into natural medicine. Since launching her clinical practice, natural health project, in 2023, she has developed a keen interest in metabolic health, but also supports clients with a wide range of chronic conditions. Through wholefood nutrition, lifestyle changes, and herbal medicine, she helps clients achieve optimal wellness.
For the past 8 years, Rachelle has coached women worldwide, helping them navigate the challenges of menopause. In line with the Naturopathic principle of ‘Doctor as Teacher,’ she also regularly leads community workshops on a range of health topics, empowering people to take control of their wellbeing.
Rachelle is passionate about supporting students in their final year of practice, having been in their shoes not long ago, and is dedicated to helping them grow and thrive in their journey into natural medicine.
