Karen has a varied work history ranging from banking to teacher aiding and began working at SPCNM after completing the BNatMed in 2013. She has covered a variety of roles at the College including Library Co-Manager, Course Lecturer and Programme Leader for the NZ Certificate in Study and Employment Pathways and Clinic Manager, before moving into her current role in 2023. Karen completed her MSc Advanced Complementary Medicine in 2022 and enjoys anything research-related. A perfect weekend for Karen would involve tending to her vegetable patch, reading and cooking.
