Board Member

Jontel is a graduate of South Pacific College of Natural Medicine who went on to work as a holistic health consultant, assistant clinical supervisor and clinical nutrition tutor. After the pandemic a career shift led Jontel to working in Primary and Community Healthcare and collective impact within NGOs, community and the Crown. She is driven to support Māori Health Equity and promote organisational implementation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi for the benefit of all.

Jontel holds a Bachelor of Natural Medicine, Master of Health and is studying towards a Doctor of Health degree. Her passions are holistic wellness, diving, songwriting and Indigenous Medicine.
